# MyHealthFollowup > MyHealthFollowup provides branded booking email automations and consent-aware campaigns for Cliniko and Calendly. ## Product Summary MyHealthFollowup helps clinics and appointment-based teams using either Cliniko or Calendly send two kinds of email: 1. Automated emails triggered by bookings, including welcomes, preparation instructions, reminders, follow-ups, review requests, rebooking prompts, reschedule updates, and cancellations. 2. One-off campaigns sent to eligible contacts with recorded marketing permission, including newsletters, education, announcements, and business updates. Users can create emails in the built-in drag-and-drop designer, choose from more than 100 templates, use a simple editor, or upload a finished design from Mailchimp, Beefree, Campaign Monitor, Brevo, or another HTML email builder.
