Why it exists
MyHealthFollowup began with a simple problem: clinics could build polished emails in tools like Mailchimp, but connecting those designs to the right Cliniko appointment often meant exports, duplicated lists, or a fragile Zapier workflow.
The product now brings templates, appointment automations, follow-ups, recalls, review requests, and consent-aware Campaigns into one clinic-friendly dashboard. Cliniko remains where the clinic manages appointments and patient records.
It is already used for real clinic communication in Australia and is listed in Cliniko's connected apps directory.
