Do I need to know HTML to use a template?

No. You can start with a built-in clinic template and update its content in MyHealthFollowup. HTML is only needed if you choose to import a finished design from another email builder.

Can I import a Mailchimp or Beefree email?

Yes. Export the finished HTML from Mailchimp, Beefree, Campaign Monitor, Brevo, or another builder, then upload or paste it into MyHealthFollowup and add the Cliniko details you want to use.

Can the same template be used more than once?

Yes. Saved templates can be reused across automations and Campaigns. Editing a template also shows a warning when unsent automation emails may be affected.

Can I use my own images?

Yes. Templates that include images let you provide a publicly available image URL, and imported designs can use the hosted images supplied by your email builder.
